We hope that you find our design services high quality and our customer service even better. If for any reason you wish to cancel a service, the non-refundable deposit will be for time and effort. You will not receive any artwork or any service after cancelation.

Any updates to a design we created can be done for a small fee. We don’t alter designs from outside sources. We will happily redesign the requested artwork to replicate the original specifications.
