Our first plan of attack is to completely redesign the existing logo. This gave us the opportunity to rebrand the company and seek new design options effectively. From there, we went directly into website development. Our goal was to create a brand that looked and presented itself like an industry leader. Once the logo was complete, we focused on adding information to the website to add value for customers. This was carefully thought out and not meant to be an online brochure but more of a specific guide to the service customers already want. UTS already has an existing client base and we want to retain those clients as well as attract new clients with the same loyal mentality. Our strategy for that is a compelling ad campaign targeting exactly those people.
The main challenge with this company and many like it is that it's a seasonal business. We have a small window to work our magic and get results and therefore we made sure to be as accurate and efficient as possible.
